2. No Refunds on Active Passes Due to the immediate and digital nature of this service, all sales are final. Once the ₹10 payment is successful and the 24-hour server access is activated, we do not offer any refunds or cancellations.
3. Payment Failures If a technical error occurs where your money is deducted from your bank account, but the Pro Daily Pass is not activated on the website, please do not worry. This is considered a "Failed Transaction" by the banking network. The payment gateway will automatically process a refund for the deducted amount, and it will reflect back in your original source account within 3 to 5 business days.
